PRIVACY POLICY according to Art. 13 and 14 of GDPR

(General Data Protection Regulation)

Saul Sadoch S.p.A. Rex Prodotti Cartotecnici is constantly committed to adopt any necessary technical and organisational measure with the aim of ensuring lawful and legitimate Personal Data processing protection.

For this reason, Saul Sadoch S.p.A. Rex Prodotti Cartotecnici implements the provisions included in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other legislative provisions in the field of Personal Data Protection including in particular the Italian “Codice Privacy”.

The processing of Personal Data will comply with the above provisions and will respect the duty of confidentiality.

1. THE CONTROLLER

The controller, as specified in GDPR and in the Italian “Codice Privacy”, is SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI Via Ressel 2/6, - 34018 San Dorligo della Valle, Trieste.

2. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed only in compliance with the legislative provisions regarding Personal Data protection and with following purposes: i) initially allowed purposes; ii) Personal Data processing for the purpose of enforcing a contract; iii) purpose of meeting the legal obligations including legal obligations determined by the competent authorities; iv) purpose of protecting our legitimate interests unless your interests prevail on ours ; v)purpose of exercising our rights and complying with our obligations in the field of public security and social protection; vi) purpose of establishing, exercising or protecting a legal right or claim; vii) purpose of significant public interest.

SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI, in order to be allowed to process your inquiries by means of the contact form, needs to collect some of your Personal Data only for following purposes:

Kindly note that this is not an exhaustive list of the scopes for which Data are collected but only a list of examples that shall explain what stated above.

We would like to inform you that the Data will be processed on paper, computer and electronic means:

a) in order to reply to the inquiry you send through the relevant form

3. LEGAL BASIS

Personal Data will be processed only in accordance with articles 6 and 9 of GDPR and on the basis of consent as specified in article 7 GDPR and in compliance with the Italian “Codice Privacy”.

Consent: (art 6(1) –1(a) and art 7 of GDPR and if applicable art. 9(2) (a): we are going to process the data only in case of preliminary freely given consent. You have the right to withdraw the given consent at any time if this does not infringe the legal requirements SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI is subject to.

Performance of a contract or of precontractual measures ( art 6(1) paragraph 1(b) GDPR): in order to execute a contract we need particular personal data to be accessible.

Compliance with legal requirement (art 6(1) paragraph 1© GDPR: SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI is subject to a series of legal requirements. In order to comply with these requirements we need to process some personal data.

Safeguarding of legitimate interests (art 6(1) paragraph 1 (f) GDPR: SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI will process personal Data in order to safeguard its own interests. This is true only in the case your interests do not prevail.

4. NATURE OF DATA COLLECTION

It is mandatory that personal data marked with mandatory “*” are disclosed to SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI in order to implement what stated above. If even only one of the Data marked with mandatory “*” is missing or if you refuse to disclose the mandatory Data fully or partially it will be impossible to process your Personal Data and thus for you to have access to the required commercial information.

5. SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

SAUL SADOCH SPA REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI might collect special categories of personal data as provided for by Art 26 and 27 of the Italian “Codice Privacy” and by Art 9 and 10 of GDPR ( “special data are those revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical belief, trade union affiliation, genetic data, biometric data for the unambiguous identification of a person, those data regarding the subject’s health, sexual orientation and sex life”). SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI usually avoids collecting special categories of personal data ; if, for fiscal or contractual purposes, such special data shall be processed by SAUL SADOCH SPA REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI, processing will always take place in accordance with the legal provisions and with present regulation on personal data processing.

The Personal Data that you will be asked to disclose when filling in the form are : name, surname, company name, address, Vat Id number, telephone number, mobile number, e mail address.

6. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

SAUL SADOCH SPA REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI is going to process personal data in compliance with the provisions regarding protection of personal data as specified in art 32 GDPR. Technical and organizational measures that meet international IT standards were implemented in order to guarantee appropriate data protection with the aim of reducing any risk of improper or illegal use of the data. Such measures are constantly reviewed.

7. PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data will be processed automatically and/ or manually by authorized personnel in compliance with security measures as specified in art. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and annex B of the Italian “Codice Privacy” (art 33-36) and according to Art 29 of GDPR 2016/679. The controller implements all necessary security measures to avoid unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. In accordance with the principles of purpose limitation, lawfulness and data minimisation, as specified in art 5 of GDPR 2016/679, the Personal Data shall not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which they are processed in accordance with what is prescribed by the law.

8. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION SCOPE

Your Personal data cannot be disclosed without your previous consent of the only exception of those disclosures necessary to reply to your requests they can be disclosed in Italy or abroad if required by the law and for administrative procedures to:

our sales force; in order to contact you and to send you the information you inquired about. We underline that if you refuse to consent to your Personal Data Processing we will not be able to reply to your inquiry. While processing your Data, following categories of internal/ external officials who were previously selected and who were given written instructions , might be made aware of them;
administrative employees and processors;
service companies or practitioners dealing with company management responsible for processing the Data on behalf of SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI.

9. DATA TRANSFER TO EXTRA EU COUNTRIES

If, according to what above described, data shall be processed outside EU or EEA ( European Economic Area) SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI will ensure that Data are processed in line with European standards as related to Personal Data Protection. In order to ensure the security of Personal Data transfer to recipients outside EU or EEA, SAUL SADOCH S.p.A. REX PRODOTTI CARTOTECNICI will refer to standard EU contracts on data transfers according to art. 46, clause 2 of GDPR or to other provisions that would allow data transfer in compliance with Personal Data protection legislation; these provisions might also include the adoption of technical and organizational measures in order to protect the transferred Data.

EU already officially recognizes the level of Data Protection of some Extra EU countries as similar to European standards and therefore adequate ( an updated list of such countries is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/dataprotection/internationaltransfers/adequacy/index_en.htm)

Therefore, any transfer of Data to these countries does not require a separated official approval or a separate agreement.

10. DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

As provided by art, 7 of the Italian “Codice Privacy” and art. 15-22 of GDPR you always have the right to:

ask for confirmation if your Personal Data are stored or not;
ask for information regarding the scope of Personal Data processing, the categories of Personal Data, the recipients to whom the Data are going to be disclosed and, when possible, the period of storage;
Obtain the modification or cancellation of Data;
Obtain the limitation of Data processing, if not in contrast with the requirements of the law;
data subject shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another. The Data shall be in a structured and standard format to be readable by any automatic device;
object to the processing at any time, if not in contrast with the requirements of the law;
object to automated decision-making and profiling;
complain to the competent Authority according to Art. 77 of GDPR.
